Executive Director/Class Instructor
Lauren S. Parker
Lauren S. Parker is an award-winning and nominated artist, instructor, director, and performer who was born and raised in Gastonia, North Carolina. Lauren has been involved professionally in both performance and visual arts since 2014 and has worked with several non-profit organizations, schools and theaters in Gaston County and surrounding areas. Lauren has been with Little Theater of Gastonia since 2018, becoming the Executive Director in 2022.

Technical Director
Ethan Parker
Ethan Parker has been involved working on set construction, light, sound and design for over a decade. Ethan has won several awards, including "Best Set Design" (2019) and "Best Lighting Design" (2022) in Regional BroadwayWorld Awards.
Ethan began working at Little Theater of Gastonia with his (late) friend, Adam, in 2019 before becoming the Technical Director in 2022.

Danielle Comeau
Danielle has been dancing for 17 years and has trained under dancers such as Geo Hubela (Iconic Crew), Twitch (SYTYCD), Kent Boyd (SYTYCD), Keltie Knight (E!, Rockette), Mary Ann Lamb (Broadway), and Chaz Wolcott (Newsies). Dance was and is her first passion in the arts and still catches herself being shocked that she gets to call herself a choreographer as it was something she dreamed of as a teen. Danielle has choreographed/co-choreographed many productions and summer camps at Little Theater of Gastonia.
Class Instructor
Patrick Stepp
Patrick Stepp is a performer and artist with a passion for theater. A North Carolina native, Patrick has many years of experience working with music, theater, and non-profit art-based organizations in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Patrick has worked professionally as an Assistant Director, Director, Music Director, and vocal coach for the past 8 years. Patrick became involved with Little Theater of Gastonia in 2019 and began teaching in 2024.
